Our experienced babysitters will care for your child in designated suites and bedrooms within the event venue. To maintain high-quality care, we assign 3-4 children per babysitter. Children will be grouped by age or familial/friend connections to ensure a comfortable environment.

Parental Coordination:
After booking our babysitting service, we will contact you to gather essential information about your child’s needs, preferences, and any special instructions. This helps us tailor our care to each child and ensures that our babysitters are fully prepared to provide the best experience.

Siblings Discount:
We offer a siblings discount for children from the same family, provided they have the same drop-off and pick-up times. This discount is designed to make our services more accessible to families attending the event together.

Safety and Supervision:

Check-In/Check-Out Procedure:
For security, parents must sign in their children upon arrival and sign out when picking them up. No child will be released without proper identification and verification from the parent or authorized guardian.

In the event of an emergency, parents will be contacted immediately using the contact information provided at registration. Our staff is trained to handle emergencies and will act swiftly to ensure the safety of all children.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least one week before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
